While we hope that you will always be happy with your order, we understand that there may be occasions you want to return items. If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return to us within two weeks.
  1. Please inform us about your return so that we can send you a return label.

  2. We will then send you a return label via email. Please note, the label that International customers receive will not be pre-paid. International customers are required to return unwanted orders at their own cost.
  3. Print the return label and stick the label on your package.
  4. Place the filled out 'goods return form' in your package. Take care with the packing.
  5. Bring the package to the post office, pay the relevant postage charge and remember to pick up the receipt as proof of postage.

Refunds

Refunds for returns will be credited to your account within 5-10 days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
